Tina was a great help! My husband and I knew what we wanted and Tina was a huge help finding our perfect home. Anytime we had questions during the closing process she was responsive and clear. She knows all the ins and outside about real estate. She helped us buy a house and then helped in selling it. She also would be good to manage your property and make a good profit. Don't know why anyone would choose anyone else! Tina spent a day with my wife and I showing us places we wanted to see. The second day, based of her first day with us, Tina took us to homes she thought fit our desires. BINGO!! The first house was exactly what we wanted. Purchased the condo the next day with our first offer. Two years later a work transfer dictated we sell the same condo. There were three other units in the complex for sale that had been on the market several months. 5 days after placing it on the market Tina had it sold at our asking price!! No one better in the state!!!

Tina is knowledgable about the area. She is very ethical and works hard for her clients best interests. She went above and beyond for us while we were looking for our home. We were from out of state and she had our search narrowed down to only a few homes by the time we actually got here to preview them. She went to look at every home we had on our list herself. She sent us photos and videos of the homes and gave us her opinion of the condition of the home, comparisons to other homes, and the location of the home. This made it very easy for us and saved us so much time. We flew into town, looked at three or four of the top homes on our list, made an offer and it was accepted before we left town. Approximately 10 years ago Tina helped us with the settlement of a condo we purchased and now again recently with selling of it for us.
