Don't know why anyone would choose anyone else! Tina spent a day with my wife and I showing us places we wanted to see. The second day, based of her first day with us, Tina took us to homes she thought fit our desires. BINGO!! The first house was exactly what we wanted. Purchased the condo the next day with our first offer. Two years later a work transfer dictated we sell the same condo. There were three other units in the complex for sale that had been on the market several months. 5 days after placing it on the market Tina had it sold at our asking price!! No one better in the state!!!

We were from out of state and she had our search narrowed down to only a few homes by the time we actually got here to preview them. She went to look at every home we had on our list herself. She sent us photos and videos of the homes and gave us her opinion of the condition of the home, comparisons to other homes, and the location of the home.
